Jesus is really present in the Eucharist. And he invites you to radical communion with himself: to eat his Body and drink his Blood.
This was a controversial teaching when Jesus first spoke it (cf. John 6:60): many of those who followed him left him (John 6:66).
Jesus invites you to prepare to receive him in Holy Communion and to spend time with him in Eucharistic Adration: that is, to spend time in silence before Jesus in the Eucharist.
