Volunteer Requirements

New Volunteers as of July 1, 2024:

DIOCESE OF CHARLESTON GUIDELINES FOR ALL NEW EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS

The Diocese of Charleston has chosen a new program for all employees and NEW volunteers. The program is called VIRTUS ONLINE. All Background Screening, Virtus Training (no longer Safe Haven), Code of Conduct and other documentation can be done on line and submitted to the diocese. The diocese will contact Our Lady of the Hills Safe Environment Coordinator once all documentation is complete and approved.
