Religious Education

"If you are what you should be, you will set the whole world ablaze!"
-St. Catherine of Siena

Our program is dedicated to nurturing students' faith, fostering a deep understanding of Catholic teachings, and promoting spiritual growth. Through a Christ-centered curriculum, we aim to inspire lifelong discipleship, cultivate a strong moral foundation, and empower students to live out their faith in service to God and others.

EN: During Lent, our youth group prepared a special version of the Stations of the Cross using silhouettes. With light, shadows, and reflections, they helped us reflect on Jesus’ final journey in a powerful way. Each station was acted out with care and prayer. It was meaningful and beautiful to watch. We’re so proud of our teens for sharing their faith and creativity with our parish.

EN: After a busy week of Camp Awesome, our young people took Thursday off to rest up for a trip to Atlanta for the Lifeteen Steubenville/Atlanta Conference. It was a wonderful weekend. Our teens heard messages of faith and God's call to us to Illuminate our world! Adoration was a beautiful experience for all who attended. God was truly present! The young church is alive and well at Our Lady of the Hills!!
